National Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented National Sales Manager who can lead nationwide sales operations with excellence and discipline. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving execution, enhancing sales force productivity, and ensuring continuous process improvement. This role requires a strategic leader capable of expanding market reach, strengthening distribution networks, developing high-performing teams, consistency and accountability. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, resilience, and the passion to drive growth in a competitive FMCG environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.

Experience:

• 10–15 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
