Scope: Lahore, Sheikhupura, Kasur
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the cardio sales teams across Lahore, Sheikhupura and Kasur clusters, ensuring achievement of sales and growth targets.
- Drive execution of territory and key-account plans, doctor coverage and product availability in the assigned region.
- Build strong relationships with cardiologists, key opinion leaders and trade partners to expand market share.
- Analyze regional performance, identify gaps and implement corrective strategies in coordination with senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical medical marketing practices.
Profile we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA will be an added advantage.
- 8–10+ years of progressive pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in cardio/cardiovascular segment and in a regional or national leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading teams, achieving aggressive sales targets and growing brands in competitive pharma markets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
