A leading consumer products company is looking for a National Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with key customers across the Kingdom. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring the business continues to grow in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
Lead Sales Strategy
- Design and implement sales strategies across all channels and product categories.
- Introduce best practices and initiatives to enhance sales performance.
- Manage the sales team efficiently and coordinate with other departments to achieve goals.
- Quickly respond to market changes and develop contingency plans to meet targets.
Plan & Monitor Performance
- Set annual and quarterly sales targets and monitor progress against them.
- Track performance across regions, products, and channels, making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to optimize stock levels and ensure availability.
- Support promotional campaigns and sales programs to drive growth.
Customer & Market Focus
- Build lasting relationships with customers across Retail, Wholesale, and Key Accounts.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enter untapped markets.
- Work closely with R&D on product development and launches to meet market needs.
Lead & Develop the Team
- Manage and inspire sales teams across the Kingdom.
- Ensure the right people are in the right roles to meet business objectives.
- Provide coaching, training, and recognition to drive engagement and performance.
Brand & Marketing Collaboration
- Support brand strategy execution to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Contribute to marketing plans that enhance product visibility and sales.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Relevant sales management certifications are desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in sales, with at least 8 years in management.
- Strong FMCG background.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
