A leading consumer products company is looking for a National Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with key customers across the Kingdom. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring the business continues to grow in a competitive market.

What You’ll Do

Lead Sales Strategy

  • Design and implement sales strategies across all channels and product categories.
  • Introduce best practices and initiatives to enhance sales performance.
  • Manage the sales team efficiently and coordinate with other departments to achieve goals.
  • Quickly respond to market changes and develop contingency plans to meet targets.

Plan & Monitor Performance

  • Set annual and quarterly sales targets and monitor progress against them.
  • Track performance across regions, products, and channels, making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to optimize stock levels and ensure availability.
  • Support promotional campaigns and sales programs to drive growth.

Customer & Market Focus

  • Build lasting relationships with customers across Retail, Wholesale, and Key Accounts.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enter untapped markets.
  • Work closely with R&D on product development and launches to meet market needs.

Lead & Develop the Team

  • Manage and inspire sales teams across the Kingdom.
  • Ensure the right people are in the right roles to meet business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and recognition to drive engagement and performance.

Brand & Marketing Collaboration

  • Support brand strategy execution to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Contribute to marketing plans that enhance product visibility and sales.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Relevant sales management certifications are desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years in sales, with at least 8 years in management.
  • Strong FMCG background.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
