National Sales Manager (NSM)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead and manage our nationwide sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building high-performing sales teams across the country. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Should have strong expertise to get results from current popular Business Models like franchising and Control Trading as well

Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.

Lead, train, and manage regional and area sales teams to ensure high performance.

Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals.

Ensure effective product positioning and brand development in the market.

Set sales targets, KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement across all regions.

Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams for smooth operations.

Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and team evaluations.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

8–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Good knowledge of pharma market dynamics, distribution channels, and also should have strong expertise to get results from Current Popular Business Models like Franchising and Control Trading as well.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure.
