is looking for an experienced
National Sales Manager
to lead and drive the performance of our Pharmaceutical Division across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee nationwide sales operations, develop high-impact sales strategies, expand market reach, and lead a large team of Area Managers, Medical Representatives, and OTC Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to translate data-driven insights into successful business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement
national sales strategies, annual plans, and budgets
aligned with company growth objectives.

Lead and oversee
nationwide sales operations
, ensuring teams achieve strategic goals and revenue targets.

Build and maintain
long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and key clients
.

Establish and strengthen partnerships with
Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
within the healthcare sector.

Identify
new market opportunities
and expand customer reach across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Lead
negotiations, deal preparation, and contract closures
with key customers and partners.

Manage and mentor a
large national sales team
including Area Managers, Medical Representatives, and OTC Representatives.

Set
performance objectives
, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching to support employee development and maximize team performance.

Maintain strong relationships with
suppliers and strategic partners
to support business growth.

Requirements:
-
10+ years of experience
in the pharmaceutical industry.

5+ years in a senior managerial role
.

Proven experience in the
Saudi healthcare market
(Pharmaceuticals, Cosmeceuticals, or Nutraceuticals).

Strong expertise in
sales strategy development, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
.
