As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking an experienced National Sales Trainer to elevate the performance and consistency of our sales operations across multiple campuses.

Position Overview
The National Sales Trainer will develop and deliver sales training programs that improve enrollment outcomes and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for prospective students. This role requires extensive travel (approximately 80%) to train admissions teams, support new campus launches, and reinforce sales best practices. When not traveling, this role operates out of our Charlotte, NC headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
- Train and coach admissions/sales representatives across nationwide campuses
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training focusing on consultative selling, lead management, communication skills, and compliance
- Analyze recorded calls and replay sessions to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Use HubSpot CRM to monitor lead flow, follow-up practices, and sales activity, training teams on CRM best practices
- Conduct on-site and virtual coaching sessions to improve conversion rates and overall performance
- Support new campus openings by launching and training new admissions teams
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy, processes, and tools
- Update scripts, training materials, and resources to maintain consistent messaging and execution
- Track training effectiveness and provide performance reports and feedback loops

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales training, sales leadership, admissions training, or a comparable role
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including workflows, task management, reporting, and activity tracking
- Experience reviewing and coaching from recorded sales calls (e.g., call coaching, replay analysis, QA)
- Background in education, vocational training, or high-volume sales preferred
- Ability to travel up to 80% nationwide
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proven record of improving sales team performance and conversion outcomes
- Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced growth environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience in USMC Recruiting Leadership a strong plus.
