National Service Manager

Reports to General Manager, President

Job purpose:
Lorbel provides service on a National Level on behalf of Manufacturer's in Mission Critical Industry. The National Field Service Manager is responsible for overseeing field service personnel who perform on- site routine services for locations throughout the united states. The National Field Service Manager specializes in problem solving and strong project management.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Provide direct supervision, support and training to field services support team members, while handling daily field services goals and deliverable
- Ensure that all service team members are properly trained in functions being performed on the job site and that the correct materials and service practices are always followed
- Ensure that all safety gear is properly used at all times and that safe practices are followed consistently
- Attend product training sessions, meetings and pursuing information to ensuring current product, training and practices knowledge
- Ensure the delivery, set-up and calibration of all field equipment, ensuring the equipment has been properly maintained and/or serviced as required for safe functionality
- Maintain a professional interaction with all customers, partnering with field sales to resolve any service disputes
- Present a professional image to our customers
- Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe and legal manner
- Assist with inventory and warehouse management.
- Performs all other duties as assigned in order to meet the productivity and performance goals of the operation
- Exercises daily supervision of crew to ensure applications accuracy/timeliness
- Maintain communication with management on daily tasks and projects.
- Delegate task’s to Technicians or other internal staff if necessary.
- Special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, college degree preferred.
- Must have good computer skills and knowledge of MS office.
- Must be able to read, analyze and interpret written procedures and reports.
- Project Management experience is helpful.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to consistently bend and lift to 40 lbs. while working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
