<p>Trainees will undergo intensive training lasting from 6 months to 3 years, aimed at equipping young UAE Nationals with the skills and knowledge required for their roles trainees are taught through structured, classroom based theoretical programmed, practical training in workshops, and on the job training in EGA areas.</p>
