Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Native Linguistics Specialist to support the evaluation and improvement of generative AI systems. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, identifying potential risks, and ensuring outputs align with safety and policy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate system-generated responses to identify harmful, unsafe, or non-compliant content
• Detect safety violations and policy breaches across AI outputs
• Classify risks based on predefined guidelines and frameworks
• Provide clear, actionable insights to improve model performance and safety
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance evaluation processes and quality standards
  
  

Requirements

• Native-level linguistic proficiency with strong command of English (C1-C2)
• Proven experience in evaluating or assessing Generative AI models
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret policies and apply them consistently in evaluations
• Access to a Mac device with the latest macOS
• Previous experience in AI safety, content moderation, or linguistic quality evaluation
• Familiarity with annotation tools and data labeling platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
