Key Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced functionalities for iOS (Swift) platform.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on new features based on evolving requirements.
- Write robust unit and integration tests to ensure performance, usability, and reliability.
- Take ownership of modules you develop and continuously improve them based on feedback and performance
metrics.
- Optimize app performance for real-time data updates and Bluetooth connectivity.
- Implement secure and scalable mobile solutions with clean architecture and best practices.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development and testing
efficiency.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in respectful, constructive code reviews.
- Help shape outstanding mobile offerings for hearing aid users, improving accessibility and user experience.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in iOS native mobile development.
- Full proficiency in Swift (iOS), SwiftUI, memory management (Weak Self, etc.), and advanced concepts like
Async/Await and Combine.
- Ability to develop UI using code rather than Storyboards/XIBs.
- Strong understanding of iOS frameworks, with a focus on runtime performance and memory management.
- Experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM, etc.
- Proven ability to write maintainable, readable unit and integration tests.
- Familiarity with Bluetooth integration is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with rapid release cycles.
- Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
