Green Spoon Sales is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deductions Coordinator with expertise in managing trade spend management platforms for brands. This position is fully remote, unless located in the Denver Metro area.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Accurately enter, manage, and track promotions into brand trade spend management

platforms, ensuring all promotions align with contracts and brand expectations.

  • Reconcile trade deductions against approved promotions, confirming deductions are

valid and accurate.

  • Investigate and resolve deductions discrepancies, working with internal teams, brands,

and retailers to provide proper documentation and dispute resolution.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for trade-spend related inquiries to address

questions, clarify policies, and provide guidance on promotional execution.

  • Maintain proper documentation of vendor commitments in shared company folders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency,

resolve challenges, and implement best practices.

  • Work closely with sales, finance, and operations team to align on trade spend strategies.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on trade spend activity to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • 3+ years of experience in trade management, finance, sales operations, or in a related field within the natural food industry.
  • Proficiency in trade spend management software and Excel.
  • Great communication and relationship management skills to work effectively with internal teams, retailers, and brand partners.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in managing promotional planning tools and systems.

Requirements:

  • Great attention to detail & highly organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid understanding of retailer pricing & discounts required
  • Previous natural foods & grocery experience required
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
