Natural Juice Production Section Head

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Natural Juice Production Section Head to lead and oversee our natural juice manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient execution of production plans while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and operational excellence.

What will you be doing?

• Manage the entire natural juice production process, from raw fruit/raw material receiving and preparation to extraction, pasteurization, filling, and final packaging.
• Plan and oversee daily production schedules to meet volume targets and delivery deadlines.
• Optimize production capacity, ensuring efficient use of labor, machinery, and raw materials.
• Monitor production yield and implement measures to minimize waste and product losses.
• Lead, train, and develop the production team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor product quality, taste consistency, and product specifications in close coordination with the Quality team to maintain company standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols.
• Troubleshoot production issues in real time, minimizing downtime and reducing waste.
• Collaborate with maintenance, planning, supply chain, and R&D teams to enhance production performance and efficiency.
• Track and report key production KPIs including yield, waste percentage, labor cost, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• Manage inventory of raw materials (fruits, concentrates, sugar, additives if applicable) and packaging materials in coordination with supply chain and procurement.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and cost-reduction projects.
• Support new product development trials and ensure smooth integration into existing production lines.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or any related field
• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in Food Manufacturing within FMCG Industry; preferably, juice or beverage production.
• Strong understanding of juice processing operations such as extraction, blending, pasteurization, and filling
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)
• Proven ability to manage teams and production schedules in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
