Job Description – Naturopathy Doctor

Location: Rishibhumi Wellness Campus & Anand Vardhan Resort, Manali (Himachal Pradesh)
Position: Naturopathy Doctor (Full-Time)

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Naturopathy Doctor (BNYS / MD) with prior experience in Wellness Resorts or Ayurvedic Hospitals. The doctor will design and supervise holistic naturopathy treatments and wellness programs, integrating diet, yoga, and natural therapies. Candidate must be ready to join soon and willing to relocate to Manali, Himachal Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct guest consultations, health assessments, and case history recording.
• Prescribe customized naturopathy treatments (diet, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, massage therapy, fasting, acupuncture, etc.).
• Develop and oversee detox, rejuvenation, and lifestyle correction programs.
• Coordinate with Ayurvedic doctors, yoga instructors, and therapists for holistic guest care.
• Conduct wellness talks, group sessions, and guest engagement activities.
• Maintain guest treatment records and ensure compliance with wellness protocols.
• Create and Implement SOPs & Protocol
• Team Development-
• Guide Marketing team

Qualifications & Requirements

• BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences) mandatory.
• MD (Naturopathy / Yogic Science / Ayurveda) preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in Wellness Resorts / Ayurvedic Hospitals.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills in English & Hindi.
• Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
• Relocation: Must be ready to relocate to Manali, Himachal Pradesh.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
