ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports a NAVAIR PMA.
The Financial Analyst, Journeyman will provide financial management and analysis support for program office activities. The selected candidates will support budget execution, financial tracking, and reporting processes to ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Department of the Navy policies and fiscal requirements.
The Financial Analyst, Journeyman will work closely with Government leadership, Business Financial Managers (BFMs), and program personnel to support financial planning, execution, and analysis across all phases of the program lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced acquisition environment.
Requirements:
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university.
Required Experience:
3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience:
At least one (1) year of NAVAIR financial experience.
Functional Description: Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions. Proficiency in NAVAIR systems such as Navy Enterprise Resources Program (N-ERP) and the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT). Ensure funding documents are executed in accordance with Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) policy and fiscal law. Track and update program office spend plans for all relevant financial execution data for various funding appropriations. Provide analysis and recommendations to the program office Business Financial Managers (BFM) regarding financial execution based on analysis of data.
Position Location: Government office located in Patuxent River, MD (Work Schedule: Monday through Friday)
