About the role:  The candidate will work as an effective team member to work with product planning & Strategy domain to build business cases of projects & products, managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Develop plans to maximize efficiency in the channel and grow business volume.




Your Impactful Goals will include:

The main purpose of this position is to lead and manage business planning within S&D to deliver on the strategy. This includes focusing on the following areas:

  • Market insights inline with products and channel strategy
  • Network health and site profitability
  • Maintaining Product Roadmaps for GSM segment and coming up with new product level initiatives
  • Responsible for planning and growth Prepaid Gross Add, recharge performance & bundle portfolio.
  • Campaign effectiveness measurement.
  • Responsible for New Product level initiatives (GSM) and keep track of product update and performance
  • Competition Insights for Products and coordination with channel distribution team to address critical issues
  • Contribute to S&D strategy formulation and liaison with all stakeholders.
  • Developing synergies between GSM and FS business


Your Typical day at work

  • Campaign effectiveness, post campaign analysis and retail response
  • Conducting market surverys
  • Working closely with all the stakeholders for roadmap discussions and planning
  • Conducting belt level analysis and preparing penetrative strategies
  • Keeping a close eye on customer and competitor insights for better product planning
  • Providing performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
  • Preparing product forecasts
  • Foreseeing the challenges and its impacts on business and suggesting ways to overcome these challenges
  • Executing plans at channel end in collaboration with on-ground teams for product uptake.
  • Based on data analysis highlighting areas of improvement and offering solutions to resolve issues
  • QOS analysis & future actions based on the outcome of analysis
  • Identify new areas for improvement and operational efficiency
  • Analyze day to day performance of channels & suggesting required changes to effectively achieve the desired results / targets
  • Achieve performance in accordance with corresponding KPis
  • Closed coordination with BI team to get customer insights and consumer treads
  • Coordination with Micro finance banking partner to manage campaigns and overall business
  • Energize and lead meetings with circles and regions around multiple performance related discussions.


What we are looking for?

Education: MBA/BBA/BSCS

Work Experience: 2-3 years experience with minimum 1 year career break.

  • Someone who is strong at developing and managing products and deliverables as expected in any marketing organization.
  • Someone who is structured and a good presenter
  • Someone having proven experience as functional architect, project manager or sub-project manager roles
  • Someone capable of handling Million+ rows of data for business deep dives and analysis purpose, expertise in data analytics tools i.e. Power BI, Power query, Tableau etc.
  • Coordinate with Pricing, Segments & Technology team to get hold of multiple projects i.e. Network rollout /interventions
