About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for managing the end of end lifecycle of software development for different customer-facing products, which includes stakeholder management, solution design, development, testing and retrospective.
Your Impactful Goals will include:

Have Development experience in API Integrations, Automation, Mobile, Web, Cloud Native stacks and deployments via Agile practices and Project Management

Implementation of Mobile/Web Application, Microservices Architecture and Automation technologies RPA for selfcare and customer experience applications.

Has led a team of either software engineers or technical product managers, with hands on experience in cost assessment and budget/resource allocation.

Ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with support functions and cross functional teams.

Architecture Enterprise Architecture Governance for Customer Facing IT on enterprise level utilizing TMF Open Digital Architecture & Open API Framework.

Improve Digital projects efficiencies, development frequency & quality utilizing Agile methodology & supporting tools.
Your Typical Day will look like:

Shaping and leading complex IT and Digital services strategy projects/programs
-
Analysis and Design of Customer Facing Applications on Microservices Architecture Design Principles
-
Devise Technology Strategy for customer facing IT growth & evolution along with corresponding KPIs setting & reporting in coordination with local and global stakeholders
-
Collaborate with internal & Vendor teams for technical implementation & Solution Architecture of relevant RFQs/RFPs
-
Get involved with Partner/Vendor for Stand-ups, meetings, planning, retrospectives and reviews
Your Career Path:

What we're looking for:
Education: Master's/ Bachelor's Computer Science/ Software Engineering.
Work experience:
-
8-10 years experience with minimum 1 year career break.

Experience of leading software development teams in agile way of work, extensive stakeholder and vendor management along with that technically worked on customer facing mobile applications/websites, ESB, Automation (RPA and ML), Enterprise Architecture Governance utilizing TMF Open Digital Architecture & Open API Framework.
