About the role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to lead KPI monitoring, operational governance, and energy performance management. The role involves driving actionable insights, ensuring timely financial and technical reconciliations, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders especially with Tower COs, and implementing efficiency-boosting process improvements. The ideal candidate will proactively address operational gaps, enhance network KPIs across 2G/3G/4G, and maintain robust control functions to support seamless operations
Your Impactful Goals will include:

Proficiency of data handling tools like Excel, Power BI, etc.

To follow up on non-performing sites with relevant stakeholders

Tracking of daily, weekly and monthly reports and dashboards related to KPIs as well
-
Demonstrate end to end ownership and delivery of tasks
-
Coordination with cross functional teams to achieve sharing sites KPIs excellence.

Contract handling and its governance
-
Regularly audit the power consumption of the network
-
Analyze and evaluate solutions and proposals by vendors
-
Provide inputs to the RFQ process.
-
Development/analysis/evaluation of reporting model projects
-
Co-ordination with internal & external stakeholders of various projects
-
To handle end to end financial tasks related to Other Mobile Operators and Tower Cos which will involve technical and financial reconciliations
-
Maintaining close coordination with field teams for achieving the overall job objectives
-
Effective liaison with the departments for obtaining the information required to perform the day-to-day activities.

Understanding the assigned Network maintenance functionally and technically
-
Regular reporting of status for all sites with coordination of project control department
-
Coordination with supplier for deliveries of Purchase order
-
Subcontractor performance management
Your Typical Day will look like:
-
Regularly KPIs monitoring and analysis, and to transform the analysis in terms of actionability
-
Smoothly and timely furnish all reconciliation (Technical and Financial) and process invoices as per financial discipline
-
Coordination with Stakeholders like Finance team, Business planning, Power Planning, Circle teams, OMO teams, B2S teams
-
To conduct weekly or monthly meetings with all stakeholders
-
Follow up with operations team (either internal or external) for rectification of operational issues and non-performing sites
-
Network KPIs monitoring primarily 2G, 3G & 4G KPIs and action taken on the basis of these stats to follow up degraded sites
-
Takes initiative in streamlining established processes and proposing ways improving work efficiency

Establish and maintain control function for smooth operation of the department.

Responsible for identification of Reporting & Analysis needs at regional level.

Regularly audit the power consumption of the network
-
Identify gaps in the current system and come up with appropriate action plan
-
Regular reporting of status for all sites with coordination of project control department
-
Performing routine maintenance tasks on power infrastructure, such as testing generators, batteries, and Solar, to ensure optimal performance.

Monitoring power consumption and energy efficiency of telecom equipment
-
Maintaining detailed records of power system configurations, maintenance procedures.

Energy OPEX daily dashboard review, and progress tracking and action planning for low-performing sites
-
Network KPI monitoring and improvement plans for low-performing areas

What we're looking for:
Education: Master's/ Bachelor's Electrical Engineering
Work experience: 5+ years' experience of handling financial KPIs and targets, data analytics and field operations in telecom industry.
