Position: NCERT Physics Teacher (Classes 11–12)
Location: BDW International School, Shillong (Meghalaya)

Key Responsibilities

• Teach NCERT Physics curriculum for Classes XI & XII.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with CBSE guidelines.
• Mentor and guide students for board examinations and competitive exams (JEE/NEET level).
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods, experiments, and technology-driven learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in faculty meetings, parent–teacher interactions, and school activities.
• Maintain discipline and uphold school values inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. / M.Ed. mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary (Classes XI–XII), preferably in a CBSE school.
• Strong command of subject knowledge and ability to connect concepts with real-life applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
