NCOS Specialist Tier 1 (Customer Operations Specialist) FT

us. When something needs attention, our National Customer Operations Support (NCOS) team is the
voice and the brain that keeps things moving. You'll be the person who turns a stressful moment into a
smooth one. That's a big deal, and we treat it that way.

What You'll Do
Your day is a mix of communication, problem-solving, and quick thinking. Specifically, you'll:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and system alerts with a calm, friendly voice
  • Keep an eye on live deliveries across multiple markets using our dashboards
  • Work with drivers and business centers to get answers fast when something comes up
  • Give customers clear, honest updates on their deliveries
  • Document what's happening as it happens so the whole team stays in sync
  • Loop in supervisors on the trickier situations and learn from how they're handled
  • Spot patterns and share what you're seeing — your insights help us get better

Shifts Available
We're hiring for all shifts, covering 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week. Whether you're a
morning person, a night owl, or someone who prefers weekends, we likely have a schedule that fits your

Who We're Looking For
You don't need a logistics background — we'll teach you what you need to know. What we care about
most:

  • Some experience talking to customers, whether that's retail, food service, a call center, or

anywhere else you've helped people

  • Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new systems (basic Excel is a plus, not a

must)

  • Clear communicator, both on the phone and in writing
  • Organized enough to keep track of several things at once
  • Reliable — your team is counting on you to show up and follow through

The Work Environment
This is a desk-based role in a fast-paced operations center. You'll work across multiple screens and tools,
and the pace can pick up quickly. Occasional light lifting (up to 50 lbs) may come up, but day-to-day
you'll be at your station making things happen.

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of customer service, call center, or operations support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer systems

Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
