NDT Consultant

Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Experience: 2 to 5 years in Quality Control / Quality Assurance

Job Summary: Responsible for performing and documenting NDT inspections (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT), preparing NDE procedures, and supporting audits per ASME, API, ISO, AWS, and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• NDE Procedure Preparation: Develop NDE procedures as per international codes and customer requirements.
• Audit Support: Assist NDE Level III in ASME/API/Customer audits, including QC manual preparation, procedure demonstration, and subcontractor evaluation.
• NDT Execution: Conduct UT, RT, MT, PT, and VT inspections on components and structures.
• Result Interpretation: Analyze inspection results in line with relevant standards and specifications.
• Reporting: Create detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate test records.
• Training & Development: Stay updated with NDT advancements and mentor junior staff.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of NDT methods and industry standards.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative-driven, sincere, and quality-focused.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in English, Hindi and at least one local language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
