NDT Manager (NDT LEVEL III)

Certification: ASNT Level III/ISO 9712 ( RT, UT, PT, MT)

Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Description

· Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures in accordance with ASME Section V, ASME Section VIII, and applicable project specifications.

· Demonstrate strong experience in Digital Radiography Testing (DRT), including procedure development, demonstrations to ASME Authorized Inspectors, and participation in ASME Joint Reviews.

· Develop and maintain the company’s Written Practice in accordance with ASNT requirements.

· Qualify and certify NDT technicians as per the approved Written Practice.

· Lead and ensure all Digital Radiography and NDT activities comply with ASME requirements.

· Lead ASME NDT audits, including Joint Reviews, Authorized Inspector (AI) audits, and internal audits.

· Possess experience in FANR audits for regulatory approvals and compliance with local requirements

· Demonstrate hands-on experience in Conventional Radiography (RT), Manual Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT).

· Experience in Automated Ultrasonic Testing (AUT) will be considered an added advantage.
