NDT Trainer (Level I, II & III) – Part-Time

Job Description:
Solve Tech Technical & Occupational Skills Training is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable DT & NDT Trainer (Level I, II & III) to deliver high-quality training in Destructive Testing (DT) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) techniques. The trainer will be responsible for teaching theoretical concepts and practical applications related to testing methods and preparing students for industry certification exams. The candidate should be able to explain technical concepts clearly and help students develop strong practical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for DT and NDT Level I, II, and III students.
• Teach Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Testing (VT).
• Introduce Destructive Testing (DT) concepts such as tensile testing, hardness testing, bend testing, impact testing, and material analysis.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical demonstrations.
• Guide students on industry standards, procedures, and safety practices.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical tests.
• Mentor students and assist them in preparing for certification exams.

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong academic knowledge in DT and NDT techniques.
• Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Relevant certification in DT/NDT (Level I, II, or III) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification:

• Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates should have strong theoretical and practical knowledge in DT & NDT methods and a genuine interest in teaching and guiding students.
