HR Executive / HR Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Executive / HR Coordinator to support our growing team in recruitment, employee management, and daily HR operations.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA / BA / BS / MBA preferred)
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with HR-related coursework are welcome to apply

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred
  • Fresh candidates with strong communication and learning attitude may also be considered

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
  • Manage job postings and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Support payroll and HR documentation
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries
  • Ensure smooth internal communication

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
