The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements from WMATA stakeholders, ensuring that the solution aligns with business objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with WMATA stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Document and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with the AEM implementation strategy.
• Support the project manager in managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct gap analysis and ensure that the proposed solution addresses business challenges.
• Participate in testing and user acceptance activities to ensure requirements are met.
• Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis for digital or content management projects.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred.
