Key responsibilities

  • Candidate sourcing and screening: Use various channels like job boards and social media to find potential candidates. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified individuals.
  • Interview coordination: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Database management: Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate records of recruitment activities.
  • Job posting: Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Administrative support: Help with onboarding new hires and other HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support the recruitment process.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Any Degree is must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,005.15 - ₹15,000.00 per month
