Entrance Coaching Faculty (NEET & JEE) – Hourly Basis

Job Description

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented faculty members for Entrance Coaching in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) on an hourly basis.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and prior experience in handling competitive exam patterns and training students to achieve top ranks.

Subjects Required

• Physics
• Chemistry
• Mathematics (for JEE)
• Biology (for NEET)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom coaching for NEET/JEE aspirants
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with latest competitive exam patterns
• Conduct practice tests, doubt-clearing sessions & performance analysis
• Guide students with exam strategies and time management techniques
• Monitor student progress and provide individual mentoring

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in NEET/JEE coaching
• Strong understanding of latest competitive exam syllabus & pattern
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passionate about mentoring students for academic excellence

Compensation

• ₹300 – ₹400 per hour (Salary may increase based on experience & performance)
• Flexible working hours
