NEMT Dispatcher Specialist

We are hiring an experienced Dispatcher for Non Emergancy Transporation. We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who can efficiently manage daily drivers schadule, communicate with drivers and vendors.

This is a night shift position (5 PM – 3 AM), so candidates must be comfortable working during these hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Dispatcher (USA market preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be responsible, punctual, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently during night shift

Responsibilities:

• Find and book trips for drivers
• Plan routes efficiently
• Maintain daily performance targets
• Provide excellent coordination between drivers and vendors

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 – 100,000
