Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dependable Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers to join our team. You will be responsible for transporting clients to and from medical appointments and other destinations, ensuring safety, punctuality, and a positive experience for each passenger.

Qualifications:

• Valid and up-to-date driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience in the US
• Must be 30 years or older
• Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented personality
• Background in handling customers; caregiving experience is a plus
• Punctual and able to observe schedules strictly
• Comfortable using driver monitoring and dispatch apps
• Skilled in safe driving practices

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport clients to scheduled destinations
• Assist passengers as needed, including entering and exiting the vehicle
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good working order
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
