Job Overview
We are a growing Los Angeles Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company seeking experienced wheelchair and stretcher drivers for an April 12th start date. Candidates with prior NEMT, medical transport, wheelchair transport, or stretcher transport experience are preferred and will qualify for higher starting pay.

Qualifications
- Valid California driver’s license held for at least 2 years
- Clean driving record
- Must pass: drug screening, FBI background check, physical exam at local doctor’s office
- Must own and operate a smartphone for dispatch, navigation, and trip management
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Positive, patient-focused mindset, committed to providing compassionate care
Physical Requirements
- This role is physically active and requires assisting wheelchair and stretcher patients throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to bend, pivot, kneel, and return to standing repeatedly and safely
Key Responsibilities
- Transport patients safely using wheelchairs and stretchers to and from medical appointments throughout Los Angeles County
- Assist patients in and out of vehicles with care, dignity, and professionalism
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, caregivers, and facilities
Drivers will receive training and certification in:
- First Aid / CPR
- Defensive driving for medical transport
- Wheelchair and gurney securement
- Patient safety and customer service
