NEMT Transportation Manager

At Texas Medical Transportation we provide critical non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services that ensure patients get the care they need - when they need it. We are looking for a Transportation Manager who can lead teams, optimize operations, and deliver exceptional service across our service area.

We are looking for an experienced Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Manager to oversee our Greater Houston operation.

As an NEMT Transportation Manager, you will oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant service delivery. You will lead dispatch, routing, and driver teams while driving performance, efficiency and service excellence.

Responsibilities include :

Manage daily NEMT operations including dispatch, routing and driver performance

Supervise transportation staff including dispatchers, drivers, and support personnel

Ensure compliance with Medicaid, state and federal regulations

Monitor on-time performance, trip completion, and service quality metrics

Optimize routing and scheduling to improve efficiency ad reduce costs

Address service issues, escalations and operational challenges in real time

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance performance

Maintain accurate operational records, reporting and documentation

Collaborate with leadership on staffing, budgeting and growth initiatives

Pay: $52,674.46 - $68,435.91 per year
