We are seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to become part of a collaborative and experienced NICU team across multiple locations in the vibrant Kansas City, Missouri metro area. The facility features a robust neonatal care program, including a 49-bed Level-IIIB NICU, a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, and coverage for well-babies. Our hospital partners with the March of Dimes to offer a NICU Family Support program, and we pride ourselves on providing family-centered care in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a range of NICU settings.
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and education.
• Support the comprehensive new grad program tailored to NNP's specific needs.
• Engage in family-centered care practices, providing education and support to NICU families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP).
• Master s degree in nursing.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Current APRN national specialty certification (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner).
• Active Missouri Nursing License or willingness to obtain.
• DEA certification must be obtained prior to starting.
• CSR/CDS certification must be obtained prior to starting.
