Nephrologist & Internist Opportunity – Partnership Track in Central NJ

A well-established and thriving solo private practice in Central New Jersey is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified/Board Eligible Nephrologist who also possesses strong Internal Medicine expertise. This is a unique opportunity to join a collegial practice offering a rapid path to partnership (2 years), significant professional autonomy, and a generous production bonus structure.

The Practice & The Opportunity

Diverse Scope: Join a physician who currently maintains a balanced practice, dedicating their time to Nephrology and Internal Medicine. The incoming physician is expected to embrace a similar, blended model.

Team: You will be joining a highly respected solo physician who is Board Certified in both Nephrology and Internal Medicine.
Location: Central New Jersey offers a desirable blend of suburban living, excellent schools, and easy access to both NYC and Philadelphia.

Patient Population: Diverse and stable patient base across both specialties.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient nephrology care, including dialysis management, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and fluid/electrolyte disorders.
Provide high-quality inpatient internal medicine care as part of the practice's call rotation.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Participate in the development and growth of the practice.

Call Schedule
Call: 1:2 (shared equally with the senior physician). The call covers both Nephrology and Internal Medicine responsibilities.

Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. degree.
Successful completion of an Internal Medicine Residency program.
Successful completion of a Nephrology Fellowship program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology and Internal Medicine.
Current or eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey.
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $170,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
