NestJS Full Stack Developer

Hexaphor Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with real industry experience to join our growing tech team. Immediate joiners with hands-on experience in live projects will be given priority.
Experience in healthcare/medical applications is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable REST APIs & microservices using NestJS
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless product delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of real industry experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in NestJS, Node.js, TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with database design, queries, and optimization
• Understanding of production-grade software architecture

Bonus / Preferred:

• Experience building healthcare or doctor-patient platforms
• Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines
