Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership for Ascendon-based application development.
  • Design and review solution architectures for cloud-native services on AWS.
  • Lead development activities using C# and .NET, ensuring adherence to coding standards and
best practices.
  • Guide and mentor Software Development Engineers; perform code reviews and enforce
quality standards.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environment readiness.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Business Consultants, and Scrum Master to ensure delivery
alignment.
  • Proactively manage technical risks, dependencies, and non-functional requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 7–9 years of experience in enterprise software development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, C#, and .NET-based application development.
  • Experience leading development teams in Agile environments.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and messaging technologies.
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
