About the Role

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with strong C# backend experience to build and scale secure, high-performance backend systems for enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate should have experience working on wallet-like apps, fintech platforms, payment systems, digital transaction systems, or enterprise SaaS products. You will be responsible for designing APIs, optimizing backend services, managing transaction-heavy workflows, and ensuring high reliability and performance.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced development environment with strict performance KPIs, including critical API response times under 150–200 ms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET / .NET Core and C#
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservices
• Work on wallet-like flows such as user balances, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, ledgers, payment status updates, and reconciliation
• Ensure critical APIs meet response-time KPIs of under 150–200 ms
• Work with databases such as SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Optimize database queries, APIs, caching, and backend workflows for performance
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, RBAC, or similar methods
• Integrate third-party APIs such as payment gateways, KYC providers, banking APIs, blockchain APIs, or notification services
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Maintain proper logging, monitoring, audit trails, and error handling for enterprise-grade systems

Required Skills

• Strong experience in C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• Solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
• Experience building enterprise-grade or transaction-heavy backend systems
• Experience with wallet-like apps, fintech platforms, payment systems, or digital ledger-based applications
• Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, and transactional consistency
• Experience with SQL databases such as SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Familiarity with caching systems such as Redis
• Understanding of Git version control
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and encryption
• Ability to optimize APIs to meet performance KPIs of 150–200 ms or lower
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP

Good to Have

• Experience with ledger-based systems, double-entry accounting, settlement, or reconciliation
• Experience with WebSockets or real-time transaction status updates
• Knowledge of message queues such as Kafka / RabbitMQ / AWS SQS / Azure Service Bus
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or containerized deployments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of blockchain, web3, crypto wallets, or payment gateway integrations
• Experience in high-scale fintech, banking, wallet, or enterprise SaaS products
• Familiarity with tools such as Serilog, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, or Application Insights
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
