We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Application Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise-level applications and systems supporting PHIS and SAPC IT initiatives.

This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft development technologies, modern design patterns, cloud-native development, and enterprise system integrations. The successful candidate will play a key role in end-to-end application development, including architecture design, coding, testing, code reviews, and defect resolution.

The developer will also serve as a liaison between IT teams, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable and secure technical solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise-scale web applications

• Develop applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Razor Pages, and Web APIs

• Build responsive user interfaces using jQuery and Bootstrap

• Design and implement RESTful APIs for system integrations

• Develop and optimize high-performance SQL Server queries and database solutions

• Conduct code reviews, testing, and defect resolution

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications

• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
