.Net Technical Lead
Role and Responsibilities:
- The Technical Architect should be a strong technical leader with extensive experience in the software industry, experience with the full software development life cycle and has led architectural effort of highly complex software systems.
- 10+ Years Experience
- Essential: Very proficient in .NET and other Microsoft Technologies with over 5 Years of development experience in .NET itself and over 10 Years of industry experience
- Interact with customer and development team and guide the dev team to architect solution for entire application / project / product
- Proactively solicit and maximally leverage the technical inputs for the entire project
- Set up architecture and design guidelines to enforce best practices across the projects and consult with other teams to share knowledge.
- Involves with development of prototypes, refine and finalize the architecture and high level design of the software application with help of ATAs and Tech Leads.
- Involve in proposing and developing re-usable components and make them available across the organization.

- Mentor and mange team members by giving constant on-job feedback, thought leadership and by defining team members’ career development plan.

- Support Technical Manager in project Estimations
- Support Technical Manager in project plan and scheduling
- Implement CMMI Process across the projects that he/she manages
Qualification :
- B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
