JOB DESCRIPTION

Critical Solutions is seeking a Senior NetOps Specialist to support our federal customer in Quantico, VA.

PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the infrastructure and network operation by responding appropriately to alerts and events.
• Oversee incident resolution, ensuring appropriate response to escalations.
• Coordinate infrastructure repairs including directing remote activities to ensure continuity for service delivery.
• Review root cause analysis documentation to address performance management and incident correlation issues.
• Provide data center support where appropriate.
• Oversee daily shift activities and document in appropriate reporting and ticketing tools and ensure continuity for any outstanding issues.
• Provide incident notification to Government representatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be US Citizen and possess an active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field with 10 years of experience
• IAT level III and must possess at least two of the following certifications: a CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching, CISCO Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

• IAT level III
• Must possess at least two of the following certifications: a CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching, CISCO Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Clearance Requirement: Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. In addition, selected candidate must undergo background investigation (BI) and finger printing by the federal agency and successfully pass the preceding to qualify for the position. US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

CRITICAL SOLUTIONS PAY AND BENEFITS:

Salary range $94,000 - $120,000. The salary range for this position represent the typical salary range for this job level and this does not guarantee a specific salary. Compensation is based upon multiple factors such as responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, and other requirements.
