The Role

We're hiring a systems-minded NetSuite Administrator to own, optimize, and scale NetSuite across our internal org and our client environments. You'll handle day-to-day administration—but the real work is pushing the platform further: building the workflows, integrations, and AI-assisted tooling that turn manual processes into automated leverage.

This sits at the intersection of ERP discipline, AI, and scalable business systems. You'll translate real business needs into reliable, scalable NetSuite solutions, and you'll help define how AI reshapes ERP administration itself.

What You'll Own

• Platform administration across all major NetSuite modules and multiple client environments.
• Workflows & reporting: SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records, dashboards, and tailored financial and operational reports.
• AI & automation roadmap: Identify high-leverage automation opportunities, eliminate manual processes, and connect NetSuite to LLM-assisted and API-driven tooling—including MCP-based live diagnostics and agentic workflows.
• Integrations & implementation: Configure and support new functionality and best-in-breed integrations.
• User enablement: Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve glitches, and train cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on NetSuite configuration, administration, implementation, and support experience.
• Proven ability to build workflows, saved searches, custom records, and complex reports.
• Solid grasp of financial statements, accounting processes, and standard ERP workflows.
• An analytical, systems-thinking mindset—you frame problems in terms of leverage and compounding returns, not just tickets closed.
• Excellent communication across users, executives, consultants, and developers in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related—or equivalent demonstrated expertise.

Bonus Points

• NetSuite Administrator or relevant ERP certifications.
• SuiteScript (1.0/2.1), SuiteFlow, or SuiteQL experience.
• iPaaS and integration background (Celigo, Boomi, Aquera, EDI, REST/SOAP).
• Real curiosity about agentic AI, MCP, and where ERP automation is headed—and ideally, hands-on experience pointing LLMs at live business systems.

Pay: $95,223.91 - $114,678.25 per year
