Netsuite Administrator Remote Only Available for CT,MA,TX,FL,CA

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Netsuite Administrator Dept: IT

Reports To: Director of Data & Process Innov Class: Exempt

Summary of Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for support of all aspects of Netsuite Administration and functionality at S&S Worldwide and its subsidiaries. This includes troubleshooting, configuration, governance, usage monitoring, regression testing, upgrades, maintenance and communications to the user base.

Primary Duties:

  • Perform front line troubleshooting and triage for all Netsuite related help desk cases. Follow through to resolution with end users.
  • Monitor the Netsuite application for proper operation and investigate any anomalies.
  • Perform additional configuration, scripting and implement enhancements using Netsuite’s SuiteBuilder and SuiteScript toolset.
  • Document, train and provide support for all newly released functionality and customizations.
  • Oversee and plan testing cycles for all new Netsuite releases.
  • Audits performance and latency of UI, Scripts and Integrations utilizing Netsuite’s APM toolset.

  • Configure Reports, Dashboards, Saved Searches and Analytic Workbooks for end users.

  • Responsible for business analysis and requirements definition for all Netsuite enhancements and projects.

  • Other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years NetSuite Experience

Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred

Bachelors or Associates degree in related field preferred

Familiarity with SuiteScript 1.0/2.0/2.1, and javascript required.

Knowledge of SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, CSV imports, Saved Searches and user provisioning.

Ability to update roles, create custom forms, records, dashboards, etc.

Ability to prioritize and move independently and efficiently from task to task

Experience working with Agile Scrum SDLC, Kaizen, or Six Sigma

References from previous NetSuite projects is strongly recommended

Key Measurements:

Timely and accurate resolution of help desk cases.

Able to recommend improvements to Netsuite platform and deployed customizations.

Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Thorough and accurate audits of Netsuite performance.

Completes all individual and team assigned tasks within required times.

Drives improved efficiency in Netsuite managed business processes
