NetSuite Developer

We’re hiring a NetSuite Developer because we need you to help accomplish our mission…assisting independent Sales Agents to navigate merchant services with a partner who passionately pursues something rarely found in our industry, an AgentFirst paradigm. PayCompass challenges the status quo in every single aspect of our business and we need a NetSuite Developer who operates the same way.

We believe that merchant service sales professionals are growing small businesses one solution at a time. And one of the best ways to do that is by providing a full toolbox of solutions and services without the messiness of inefficient processes, daily reporting, sales quotas, or laughable commissions.

We are ready to make NetSuite the hub of our entire organization but we need a rockstar to make it happen. Your years of experience with NetSuite development will be critical in creating efficient systems that drive our ability to serve our Agents and their clients.

This is why finding the right fit for this role is one of our top priorities right now. We need someone who is passionate about learning our industry as they are about teaching our team to effectively use NetSuite. We also know that we only grow through feedback and collaboration so we’re looking for someone that will help us grow and shape the future of PayCompass.

What will you do in this role?

As the NetSuite Developer for PayCompass, you'll oversee the expansion of our NetSuite ERP instance, as well as our NSAW implementation and applications using Oracle APEX. NetSuite will act as the hub to centralize our internal data and will act as the data source for integration to third parties. While PayCompass has multiple software applications, this system and its data will be at the heart of all of the software platforms that drive the AgentFirst experience every single day. You’ll be the go-to person for our leadership team to learn their needs and ensure they are trained on how to best use NetSuite tools for their teams.

What will you learn in this role?

If you come from a traditional organization, our pace of innovation, action, and iteration might be a little uncomfortable at first. You’ll learn to move fast, iterate quickly, and put zero value into sunk cost. You'll get to spread your wings, actively eliminate red tape, and do your thing.

Who will you work with?

You will work directly with Dave Noel, our Chief Technology Officer, other Developers and Business Analysts, and you’ll collaborate on a regular basis with our entire C-Suite leadership team.

Where will you work?

You’ll work at PayCompass HQ in Tempe, Arizona. Our team has a fantastic culture and we genuinely love being around each other (and our dogs)!

Requirements

- You know JavaScript, Suite Script, NSAW, APEX, Oracle Database, Oracle PL-SQL, Relational Database Principles.

- You are experienced in integration of external systems with NetSuite.

Compensation & Benefits

-$90K - $120K DOE
