About the Role: Active8 Wireless is looking for a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team. As we continue to scale our operations as a leading partner for Metro by T-Mobile in the USA, we need an expert who can optimize our ERP environment, streamline business processes, and ensure seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of NetSuite modules.
• Conduct business process mapping and gap analysis to align NetSuite with company goals.
• Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Develop custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards for real-time data visibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows in Finance, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, CRM, and SuiteSuccess modules.
• Experience in the retail or telecommunications industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with our US-based stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
