NetSuite Operations & Client Services Coordinator

MeddMax LLC is a growing B2B importer and distributor of disposable supplies — serving food service, janitorial, and Medical supplies. As we transition to NetSuite as our ERP platform, we are looking for a detail-oriented and client-facing professional to own day-to-day operations across client services, AR/AP, inventory, and logistics.

This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of operations and customer service — must be comfortable with NetSuite, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Manage and navigate day-to-day workflows within NetSuite (orders, invoices, purchase orders, inventory)
• Serve as a primary point of contact for MeddMax clients — answering pricing inquiries, resolving logistics questions, and providing order status updates
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and on schedule
• Monitor inventory levels, flag reorder needs, and coordinate with sourcing on replenishment
• Coordinate with shipping partners and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and accurate fulfillment
• Generate and review reports in NetSuite to support management decision-making
• Assist with the ongoing NetSuite implementation and process documentation

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite — you must be comfortable navigating the platform on day one
• Background in operations, logistics, or supply chain in a distribution or wholesale environment preferred
• Experience with AR/AP processes and basic bookkeeping
• Strong communication skills — you'll be responding to clients professionally and promptly
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience in B2B wholesale, distribution, or import/export is a plus

Pay: $25.27 - $30.43 per hour
