Network Administrator—Job Requirements

Position: Network Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Implement security measures to protect network systems and data.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, LAN, and other network security tools.
• Maintain and update network documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure needs.
• Provide technical support for network-related issues.
• Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• One year of experience as a network administrator, IT support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience with network monitoring and security tools.
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.
