Network Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Administrator to join our team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's network infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network systems, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware
• Troubleshoot network issues and outages, and provide timely resolution
• Perform regular network backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels
• Install and configure new network equipment and software
• Monitor network performance and provide recommendations for improvements
• Ensure network security and implement necessary measures to protect against cyber threats
• Collaborate with other IT team members to support overall technology infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve network efficiency and security

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Knowledge of network security best practices and experience implementing security measures
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
