Your Impact

The Network Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting complex network infrastructure, with a particular focus on Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and related technologies.

A Glimpse of What You’ll Do

  • Provide and oversee the architectural design, planning and support for customer project delivery goals
  • Design, deploy, and support enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on Cisco-based solutions
  • Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches (Catalyst, Nexus), ASA/Firepower firewalls, and wireless LAN controllers
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments
  • Implement and support routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
  • Maintain network security by configuring firewalls, VPNs, access control lists (ACLs), and segmentation
  • Conduct regular network maintenance, upgrades, and patches
  • Document network designs, topologies, configurations, and procedures
  • Assist in planning and executing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and respond to critical network incidents
  • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

  • Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience, with Industry standard certifications preferred
  • Five years’ experience installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing Network systems and services in IT professional services with an emphasis on with CISCO routing, switching and LAN.
  • CCNA, CCNA Wireless, CWNA or CWNP preferred

Additional Information

  • Full-time, typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
  • Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected
