What you’ll do
You’ll be overseeing the maintenance and optimization of network infrastructure while ensuring systems reliability. Provide tier 2 helpdesk support to include tier 1 mentorship. Management of Windows Server environments including installation, configuration, patching, and performance monitoring. You’ll administer Active Directory services and polices, as well as develop, implement, and maintain Group Policy Objects. You’ll assist in managing cloud services and interconnectivity.
Maintain and troubleshoot virtualization infrastructure using Hyper-V, including VM provisioning, resource allocation, snapshots. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments. Configure and manage firewalls, access control lists, VPNs and network security policies. You’ll be expected to effectively document infrastructure configurations, procedures and changes.
This is a full-time position based in Puyallup with some local Puget Sounl travel expected and a share of after-hours on-call support.
