Network & VOIP Specialist – Abu Dhabi (Yearly Renewable Contract)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 25,000 per month
Type: Yearly renewable contract
Availability: Candidates already in the UAE preferred

About the Role:
We’re hiring a Network & VOIP Specialist for our client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in enterprise networking and VOIP systems, with strong troubleshooting and design capabilities across routing, switching, and network security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Manage Cisco VOIP systems (CUCM, VRS, gateways) ensuring performance and reliability
• Support hybrid (on-premises + cloud) network environments
• Monitor and optimize network and VOIP performance
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and apply permanent fixes
• Maintain network and VOIP documentation and ensure security compliance

Required Experience & Skills:

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking and VOIP environments
• Proven expertise in routing, switching, and troubleshooting (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper)
• Strong VOIP experience (Cisco Call Manager, Avaya, etc.)
• Knowledge of firewalls, VLANs, QoS, SIP, and IP telephony
• Experience with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.)
• Preferred Certifications: CCNP, CCVP, or equivalent
