Network Development Manager-Istanbul

The Network Development Manager to support BYD passenger car dealer network development in respective markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the country manager in defining & implement network plan in the assigned market to achieve the right size of the BYD network
• Monitoring performance improvement growth process at POS and identify opportunities for improvement of dealer POS
• Assisting dealership and related contract/agreement negotiation
• Coordinate with all relevant resources to adjust the business processes, align task roles from all business levels & functions.
• Cross-functional teamwork
  
  

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, business management, engineering or legal background
• At least 5 years of related working experience in the Automotive industry in the region
• Project Management skills, expert in business acumen, including interpretation of financial statements, dealer performance reports, and retail industry business dynamics
• Working experience in auto OEM for EU network development
• Turkish language and Proficient English is a must.
• Experience in multiple roles is a plus
