Overview: Under general guidance, acquires, installs, maintains and administers the Company's data, voice and wireless network, maintains firewalls and WAN infrastructure environment. Responsibilities: • Troubleshoots voice and data network infrastructure problems and associated component problems to include switches, routers, and firewalls. Responds to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network.
- Administers the network environment, keeping network information up to date in a network log.
- Creates and maintains network infrastructure and WAN diagrams
- Monitors and manages performance and usage of the network environment and other networked resources.
- Using existing processes and templates, sets up and configures network devices in the existing environment.
- Has primary responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and operation of the network infrastructure.
- Performs daily operational tasks and system reviews to ensure proper execution of scheduled tasks, and resolution of issues and requests.
- Will operate as a representative of Infrastructure and Network Engineering with respect to infrastructure needs and impacts for Application Development projects and Business Initiatives as needed.
- Participates in a 24x7 weekly on-call rotation.

Minimum 4 years' years' experience managing computer networks Preferred

Knowledge of network operating systems

Knowledge of coding languages for scripting a plus

Pay Transparency Verbiage: Range includes data points from multiple labor markets. Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position.
